I was pleasantly surprised at how much I took from this class and how much I enjoyed it. I thought this class would be stripping away my writing for business e-mails, but it was so much more than that. I feel like I can write just more efficiently now, without losing my more detailed writing skills. It was a really good refresh on old basics I haven't touched on since grade school/high school - but that are still so important in day-to-day work.

Rob was great. We went at a good pace, and he asked me if I was happy with the course several times, giving me an opportunity for immediate feedback. I'm very likely to attend another course with Training Connection and was impressed with the professional environment and staff.

Bob is an absolute gem. It is so enriching to learn from him and to take back what I've learned and apply. I will definitely return if only for refreshers or any other programs that I would like to improve my knowledge in. Thank you so much!
